How about ProxyCommand:

Host Home-raw    HostName test.comHost Home   User netmoon   Port 22   ProxyCommand sshpass -pmypass ssh netmoon@%h-raw nc localhost %p

You can use ssh -W instead of nc as well:

ProxyCommand sshpass -pmypass ssh netmoon@%h-raw -W localhost:%p
